Payments

While I encourage you to pay via the online form when booking your appointment, I know that this isn't possible for everyone. I do also accept cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer and PayPal as payment at your appointment.

Insurance

If you/your place of work has a provision for workplace wellbeing insurance, I can provide an invoice/receipt so you/your company can be reimbursed by your company's insurer.

 

Cancellation Policy

While I aim to provide the best possible service to my clients I do have a cancellation policy in place. I ask that you make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment and require a minimum 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your appointment without any fees being charged.
