DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

• Deep Tissue Massage or Remedial Massage is the treatment of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues) of the body.

• Before any treatment begins I will complete a thorough client medical history and assessment. We will then work on an appropriate treatment plan customised to you and your needs.

 

• Deep Tissue Massage is designed to balance muscle/soft tissue length.

•  It promotes increased flow of blood and lymphatic fluids.

 

• In many cases Deep Tissue Massage can reverse certain physical effects you may be presenting.​​​

​

• Before you leave you will be given exercises to take away with you to do between appointments.
