• Deep Tissue or Remedial Massage is the treatment of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments & connective tissues) of the body. 

 

• Deep Tissue Massage is designed to balance muscle/soft tissue length.

•  It promotes increased flow of blood & lymphatic fluids.

 

• In many cases Deep Tissue Massage can reverse certain physical effects a client may be presenting.

 

• I have a detailed knowledge of anatomy & physiology to determine how to treat clients. ​

• Before any treatment begins, we will complete a thorough client medical history & assessment. I will then provide an appropriate treatment plan customised to you.

• Before you leave you will be given exercises to take away with you to do between appointments.
