Cancellation Policy
MISSED APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY Please be aware that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are usually unable to fill that appointment slot. As a courtesy, we always contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment 48hrs before, so please notify us immediately if you are unable to make the appointment. We require at least 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. If less than 24hrs notice is given there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost on the first occasion and the full charge thereafter. Of course, we do appreciate that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis. Thank you for your understanding.
